Columbia Commercial Bancorp Reports Third Quarter 2009 Results

HILLSBORO, OR–(Marketwire – October 30, 2009) – Columbia Commercial Bancorp (OTCBB: CLBC), a
single bank holding company for Columbia Community Bank, reports a net loss
of $556,000, or $0.18 per diluted share for the quarter ended September 30,
2009. Year-to-date for the nine months ended September 30, 2009 the net
loss reported is $3.7 million, or $1.19 per diluted share, compared to net
income of $1.5 million, or $0.48 per diluted share, for the same period in
2008.
